Praveen K. P., Director & Co-Founder 
Praveen K. P. is a techno-legal-commercial professional who has specialized in providing commercial and contractual advice for over 15 years in India, Middle East （United Arab Emirates） and Singapore.
Praveen started his career as a contract administrator at a billion-dollar project in the Emirate of Dubai. Subsequently he had a stint with a contract claim consultancy and followed with a commercial manager role for a public listed construction firm in Singapore. He co-founded a construction contract consultancy firm – Paramount Solutions Pte. Ltd in 2014 which is serving various construction clients in South-East Asia.
Praveen has also been deeply curious how technology is evolving, especially those related to virtual reality, augmented reality, block chains, RPA, data management and data analytics. He is passionate about the possibilities of deploying such technologies in resolving various productivity and efficiency pain points which have been plaguing the construction sector. Considering the latest thrust in the “citizen developer” model wherein more and more solutions are being developed as infrastructure/” drag and drop” framework for end users/functional users to design their own applications, the time may be ripe to accelerate technology adoption in construction sector. The same may be true for small and mid-size enterprises in other sectors who might have been left out of the opportunities offered by the latest technologies, especially those related to data management and data analytics. As per the tagline, Roboautal Pte Ltd was founded in 2022 for empowering firms with technology.
Praveen holds qualifications in Civil and Environmental Engineering vide his full-time Licentiate Diploma from VJTI (1997 –2001)and Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University (2001 – 2004). He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR (2005 – 2007). Praveen also holds LLB (Hons) from University of London. Praveen is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitration.

Remya Praveen, Co-Founder & Senior Analyst
Remya Praveen is a civil engineer who has a keen interest in the integration of technology with civil engineering. With exposure to technology through NUS’ FinTech course, International Financial Technology (Fintech) for Non-Technical Executives, Remya has been expanding her horizons in this field. She earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Anna University and commenced her career as a site engineer, building roads in the construction sector. After a couple of years, she transitioned to a multinational IT company as a testing engineer before taking a career break post-marriage.
During her hiatus, motherhood and family responsibilities sharpened Remya’s survival skills such as multitasking and persistence. In 2021, Remya began exploring the application of the latest software capabilities through executing freelancing assignments, gaining exposure and experience in this area. Her participation in the SGUS-NUS Fintech course provided her with a ringside view of the exciting concepts, platforms, and technology, including Data Analytics, Python, and JavaScript. Remya is continuously learning and has obtained a variety of certifications, including Microsoft certified – Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Dev-ops: Build, Deploy and Monitor, Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management, APIs and RPA: Automation, Bots and Future, Design Thinking: Creative and Strategic Business Solutions, and CS50 for Business Professionals.
Remya has also been concurrently exploring the seamless deployment of the latest technologies in the construction sector, especially for firms in the SME sector. With traditional low technology adoption in the construction sector, Remya views this as both a challenge and an opportunity to identify bottlenecks and pain points, develop solutions, and create roadmaps for effective and efficient deployment of appropriate technology that can accelerate business process improvement. These endless possibilities have led Remya to co-found Roboautal, with the objective of meaningfully empowering firms by harnessing the latest technological capabilities, especially in the realm of data management, data analytics, and low-code applications.
